Sponsorship Opportunities
An information package can be forward to particular parties to promote sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsorship can be arranged for the various functions, a display opportunity, international and national keynote speakers, etc.
Sponsorship Negotiation
Sponsorship arrangements can be managed by Management Solutions (Qld) or the Conference Organising Committee. MSQ can negotiate an oversee any contracts with sponsors.
MSQ will identify and gain approval from the Conference Committee of a prospective sponsor list and to undertake all negotiations with sponsors. Sponsor terms and conditions will be provided by MSQ.
Registration of Delegates and Administration of Processing and Management
MSQ will manage all administration and secretariat function of the Conference. This function will be maintained until 60 days beyond the Conference. This will include:

Provision of name badges and ticketing |

Records of all delegate activities |
|
Presence and delegate checking at all functions |

Management of Conference Secretariat room |
|
Undertaking of all invoicing |

MSQ will provide front desk staffing for the duration of the Conference.
Conference Events and Function Administration and Management Services
MSQ will conduct up to three specific functions for the Conference, including a welcome function, a dinner function (on or off site).
Budgets
MSQ understands that the Conference needs to be accessible to the non-government sector and that registration costs need to be kept low. MSQ is able to provide advice on budgeting of the Conference to achieve this target and meet full cost recovery.
