Cancellation and refunds policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 October incur a 25% penalty. There will be no refunds after this day although substitute delegates are welcome. If for reasons beyond the control of organisers, the conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses already incurred would be refunded.
Amendments
All amendments to registration or accommodation details including arrival and departures must be advised in writing to the SEGRA Secretariat. The accommodation provider reserves the right to charge delegates for non-arrival on the dates advised.
Substitutions
Substitutions to registrations are welcome. All substitutions must be advised in writing to the SEGRA Secretariat.
