| Cancellation and Refunds Policy |
Conference registration fee
Cancellations must be made in writing to the SEGRA Secretariat. Cancellations made before 14th July will incur a processing fee of $75.00. NO refunds of fees will be made after 4th August. If for reasons beyond the control of organisers, the conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses already incurred would be refunded.
Accommodation fees
Cancellation of booking must be advised in writing to the SEGRA Secretariat. Cancellations made within:
- Less than 30 days prior to the advised check-in date result in 100% cancellation fee
- 31-60 days prior to the advised check-in date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Amendments
All amendments to registration or accommodation details including arrival and departures must be advised in writing to the SEGRA Secretariat. The accommodation provider reserves the right to charge delegates for non-arrival on the dates advised.
Substitutions
Substitutions to registrations are welcome. All substitutions must be advised in writing to the SEGRA Secretariat.
